Hate to say ‘I told you so’; AGHA echoes carbon tax concerns

The Australian Gift & Homewares Association (AGHA) has today echoed the concerns of small business retailers, warning the looming carbon tax will add thousands of dollars to their annual rent, power and landlord costs.

 

AGHA’s CEO, David Leek said media reports yesterday, which warn the impact of the carbon tax will hit at the very worst time for struggling retailers, reinforce predictions made by AGHA more than five months ago.
