How to Apply for Membership

Applying for membership of GHA couldn’t be easier. Simply download the appropriate application form as well as the privacy consent form, complete your details and forward the forms to GHA by post of fax.

Please note: All applicants (both full and associate) need to complete the Privacy Consent Form. We will not be able to process your application for membership otherwise.

Once we have received your completed application form, it takes approximately one week to process your request for full membership. Associate membership can be processed within a few days. You will then be sent a Membership Welcome Pack.

Full membership is $352 per annum, plus a one off joining fee of $165.

Retailers please download the associate member application form.
Associate membership is $200 per annum.
