The AGHA HR/IR Hotline has been designed to help AGHA members and their staff gain a competitive edge in the management of their business, workplace relationships and career development.

A dedicated free help desk service supported by a team of HR experts who are available to answer all HR/IR questions for all members, 5 days a week, 52 weeks a year. Fields of specialisation include Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Employment Conditions & Law, Occupational Health & Safety, Workers Compensation and Superannuation.
2000+ Employment Resources
AGHA members will have the ability to access literally hundreds of HR & IR policies, procedures, letters, forms and checklists to use in their everyday business activities. So whether a member is after an OH&S manual or some information on how to recruit new staff, AGHA HR/IR Support will provide this free of charge.
Training and Education
Free educational seminars will be held in 5 locations around Australia in order to teach AGHA members about HR and IR. Topics will be chosen depending on industry trends and current issues.
